All digital products are non-refundable since they are instant downloads.
If you have trouble with your file (can’t download, corrupted, wrong file), please contact us and we’ll fix it right away.
Physical Products (T-Shirts, Mugs, and Other Items)
Since these are made to order, we only accept returns if the item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or refund.
We cannot accept returns for wrong size or color choice, so please double-check product details before ordering.
When will I get my order?
